Why I do what I do:

Being fair and “learning to live without violence” is the goal of what we offer here for men and boys.
This applies to how we treat others and also how we see ourselves.
Our goal is to work out what we actually need without stepping on others’ boundaries.
We try to convey that fairness needs personal strength and that violence is just a sign of weakness.
When people take responsibility, weaknesses turn into strengths and a crisis becomes an opportunity.
Change is possible at any time if you really want it.
