What is fairmann and what do we do?

fairmann provides practice-oriented strategies for both adults and adolescents who are experiencing problems with violence.  We advise men and boys from Heidelberg and the Rhine-Neckar region through individual counselling and anti-violence training. Our prevention team supports schools in finding solutions to conflicts which occur during the day. We also support men who have experienced violence by offering anonymous consultation

Violence prevention in schools

Strengthen social skills, prevent violence.

Fairness, respect, communication without violence, support for each other in the class, and the critical analysis of gender roles are just a few of the core elements of our workshops. Our programme fair-stärker® offers individual solutions to conflicts from primary school through to grammar school, adapting to both the requirements of the individual schools and to the people in our ever-changing society.
